How to hire a Meeting Room, Training Room, Boardroom

•    complete a booking form
•    24 hour notice is required for catering
•    minimum Boardroom or Meeting Room hire is one hour
•    all rooms are available from 8.30am to 5.30pm
•    meeting rooms hire outside hours or weekends is at management discretion
•    cancellations of room hire without notice will incur a charge
